In this course, you’ll complete 2 separate, but related, case studies of oil & gas companies in different time periods and sectors. The first case study is based on an M&A deal analysis of Exxon Mobil’s $41 billion acquisition of XTO Energy, and the second case study is based on a complex NAV model and investment recommendation for Ultra Petroleum.
